Returns & Refunds

All our products are custom made on order and are then shipped directly to you from our fulfillment partner. This means that we don't keep a stock of goods and we ask you to double check your order for correct size and color. When your transaction has been completed we can't change or cancel your order. Use the size guide if you're uncertain about the measurements. Since our products are made specifically on order we don't accept returns on wrongful orders. Thank you for your understanding!



If your product is damaged or faulty upon delivery you shall contact us for information on how to return the product and receive a refund. You need to clearly state in your e-mail whats wrong with the product, your order number and a picture of the product. Send us an e-mail to Returns needs to be done within 30 days and it's counted from the day you receive your order.

Please note that we don't accept returns or exchanges for different sizes and colors. This policy is due to that all our products are custom made upon your order.


Unclaimed orders

If you don't pick up your order from a service point your product will be returned to us and you'll still be charged the shipping cost. If you're uncertain where your package is check your tracking information in the e-mail you received when you ordered or send us an e-mail to
